Ordering and Payment

We are offering the following payment methods: payment via online banking, purchase on account, installment purchase, advance payment via bank transfer, Paypal and credit card payment via PayPal. You can find further information under terms of payment.

It is a common misunderstanding that you need to have a PayPal account to process payments via Paypal. Actually an account is not required, but you enjoy some benefits by having a PayPal account.

During the order process you can chose between different payment options. Some of them offer you a comfortable payment right after ordering.

In any case we only start processing you order after having received the full amount due. Orders for which we receive the payment within one month will be cancelled by us.

A coupon grants you certain discounts when buying products in our online shop. Follow the instructions to use your coupon:

Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact directly our customer service.

Within 14 days after receiving your order you can return your products without giving reasons. We will refund you all costs incl. the shipping costs.
Custom made products are exempt from return.

Our products are only available in one default size in our shop. We have tried to select is as universal as possible. You can find the measures either at the size chart or the individual product pages.
